mk started out as a small, two man business in a garage. It produced machine parts as well as simple machines and apparatus. Quality wins out, as the saying goes. We can confirm the truth in this.
By 1977 the company had already developed itself so far that mk was able to achieve its first successes on the international market.

1977 - 1988
At the end of the 1970s, conveying technology became more important. While improving its own machines and factories, mk developed various conveyor technology modules which were successfully sold as individual modules on the market. A major milestone in the company's development was the innovation of the mk aluminium profile technology system. The idea for mk profile technology arose from the need for flexibility required to provide unlimited mounting options for components and the possibility of cheaply changing these at any later date. This system produced an enormous increase in growth for the company. The profile technology system became the cornerstone of the present day success of mk's four business fields.

1988 - 2004
The following years were characterised by steady growth and systematic development of the company's international orientation. Production capacities were extended with the founding of subsidiaries in the USA in 1988, the Netherlands in 1996, in Great Britain in 2000 and in Spain 2004 and enable mk to offer customers a localized service.

2004 - TODAY
mk is still run by the founding family which, in a small garage around 40 years ago, laid the foundation for that which mk is today.
Around 300 employees currently produce the mk quality products at six locations with a production area measuring over 15,000 square meters.
