Customer information relating to COVID-19

The health of our employees and our customers is our top priority. We therefore take all measures, in accordance with the guidelines of the WHO and the local authorities, to ensure a safe working environment and to help business operations run as smoothly as possible.

Containment measures

To contain the spread of the virus, the prescribed hygiene measures have been introduced at all sites, and participation in internal and external events has been discontinued. If possible, meetings and events are held via video conference.

Support and availability

In compliance with the hygiene regulations, we are happy to visit and advise you on site if you wish. Our specialists are available via video conference e.g. via Skype or Microsoft Teams. Delivery capacity

In order to minimize a possible disruption of the supply chain, we have taken measures such as the daily inventory analysis, increasing stock levels as well as communicating closely with our suppliers. We will be proactive informing you, if our delivery capacity is significantly restricted.

You can rest assured that we are taking all necessary and possible protective measures. The health of all of us is our main priority in the current situation. Therefore let us all play our part in implementing the necessary measures together.
