The belt conveyors have a modular, aluminium construction and are suitable for the transport of packaged and unpackaged piece goods, without any special requirements in terms of their location, position or product geometry. The T-slots running on both sides of the conveyor frame can be used to quickly secure parts to the machine frame or to attach side rails, initiators or other accessories.
Conveyors range from 100 mm to 400 mm in width and reach up to 2000 mm in length. They can also carry a maximum load of 30 kg and reach speeds of up to 42 m/min. For those variants with a motor overload switch, the switch acts as a robot interface for a simple start/stop function and offers the same level of safety as a complete machine. Variants with a frequency inverter, on the other hand, can be controlled forwards and backwards at preset speeds.
