64 Over the past five decades, mk has gained experience,
continuously expanded its knowledge and developed
innovative solutions. All this expert knowledge is concentrated
in mk’s Technical Competence Center. The
center’s engineers and specialists have the answers to technically challenging
questions and provide assistance to a wide range of different departments.
In order to cement this growing knowledge and make it available to our colleagues
and partners throughout the group, the center’s experts are working
to create an intelligently linked knowledge database.
The documentation department prepares technical information for later use.
This ensures that every customer who receives a machine from mk also
receives the necessary legal and technical documents, such as the operating
instructions. Their daily work also includes creating the different language
versions required by the group worldwide.
