From 8 to 10 November 2017, mk will be at FMB 2017, the supplier trade fair for machine construction in Bad Salzuflen, where it will present its diverse range of modular conveyor systems.
Maschinenbau Kitz offers the right conveyor system for practically every kind of transported good and application. At FMB 2017, mk will be showcasing versatile solutions from its range of standardised conveyor systems. The systems are all compatible with one another and have a modular design based on the proven and comprehensive mk modular system of profile and conveyor technology. The mk aluminium profile system provides the basis for extremely robust designs that are still compact, flexible and adaptable.
The focus of the booth will be the new TKU 2040 indexing chain conveyor system. This system is especially well suited for defined, position-oriented supply and removal as well as for interlinking machining centres. The conveyor body is available with either a predefined width or an adjustable width, which makes it flexible for use with workpieces of different sizes. According to the specific requirements, prisms made out of either polyoxymethylene (POM) or brass can be used as the workpiece fixtures, which are optimal for holding round workpieces. Alternatively you can select profile pallets, which can be individually equipped with customer-supplied workpiece fixtures.
As another highlight, mk is presenting its KMF-P 2040 curved modular belt conveyor. Almost any track layout can be achieved in three dimensions thanks to the various curve angles and the combination of a modular design with straight lines and bends. Modular belt conveyors are extremely robust and can be used in a multitude of ways for almost every transport application. The belts are wear resistant and can even be used to transport goods with sharp edges or to transport goods in harsh application environments.
mk will present further standardised belt conveyors, for example the versatile GUF-P 2000, which boasts a large choice of drives, tails, stands and belt types, and the extremely compact GUF-P 2045, which is ideal for integration into systems with limited installation space thanks to a ø 50 mm motor roller and very flat conveyor body.
With years of experience in conveyor technology, the mk team is your first contact for application-specific and technical questions relating to factory automation. Take the opportunity: FMB 2017, 8 – 10 November 2017, Bad Salzuflen, Hall 20, Stand E20
