Versamove workpiece carrier circulation system with 180° round belt curves
This circulation system is used to feed workpieces on workpiece carriers to a processing cell, e.g. a robot in a protected area. On one of the two long sides, the workpiece carriers are stowed and separated and, for example, loaded by a worker at a manual workstation. The workpiece carriers are then routed to the parallel conveying path where they are also stowed and separated and fed to the processing machine in cycles. After processing, the workpiece carriers are returned to the original side and fed to the worker for unloading and reloading.
