Stands for mk Conveyor Technology
Choosing the right stand system is essential to creating a safe and stable conveyor. You have to take into account the required stability of the conveyor system, the height/width ratio, the load’s centre of gravity and environmental factors.
mk systems can be custom-configured and adapted to suit any application, environmental conditions and conveyor type. Virtually all configurations are possible. Using the mk aluminium profile system gives your structure nearly limitless possibilities.
mk conveyor systems can be equipped with various stand types in a range of designs and weight classes:
- Compact single stands for short and narrow conveyors
- Stable H-shape stands with horizontal braces and/or base cross-bars for extra stability
- Stands with fixed or swivel casters for mobile use
- Stands with custom shapes to suit specific condition
Overview of Stand Variants
All stands can be configured with adjustable heights and swivelling capability from horizontal to vertical. The stands can be equipped with various pad options such as floor plates, fixed/swivel casters or levelling feet to suit the particular application and environmental conditions. The conveyor can be attached to the stand at various angles using the conveyor stand option.
