Modular belt conveyors enable the reliable transport of piece goods that do not have any special requirements in terms of their position or geometry. The positive drive mechanism eliminates slippage and makes them particularly suitable for wet areas; permeable chains are available as an option. The chain travel remains stable regardless of the length-width ratio. High-quality chain materials also ensure high resistance to wear, abrasion, high temperatures or chemicals and ensure compliance with food industry requirements.

To process returns, a logistics service provider needs a very long, circulating belt conveyor. The returns are packed in standardised boxes and are to be conveyed in a circuit. The boxes are removed manually from a continuous conveyor belt, processed and put back on the conveyor belt.
In a food manufacturer's packaging line, individual boxes are packed in outer boxes and labelled. Once the boxes are sealed, they must be transferred to automatic palletising. In order to be transferred, the boxes have to be elevated to a height of approx. 3.5 m.
In an automotive factory, empty small load carriers are collected and cleaned at a central point, where they are then sorted according to size, type and design. A sorting line that can hold the large quantities of small load carriers and react to the different throughputs is now required.
