Opening for Secondary Students
Looking for a company where you can do your internship or interested in getting practical insights in a mechanical engineering firm during your holidays? Then we look forward to hearing from you!
For many years we have offered both voluntary and compulsory internships for secondary school students in various fields, for example technical product design or mechatronics. Please send your application – preferably as a PDF document – to mk-personal(at)maschinenbau-kitz.de or by mail to the address below.
Your application should contain the following documents:
- Cover letter
- CV (in table form)
- School transcript/report
- Your school’s internship guidelines
Please remember: The sooner we receive your documents, the sooner we can begin considering you and respond to your application. You should submit your application no later than six months before your desired start date. We will then contact you as soon as possible and invite you to a short meet-and-greet and possibly a taster day so that we can get to know each other better.
Bring an Apprentice Ambassador to Your Class
Looking for insights into an apprenticeship at mk and think your classmates would benefit from it as well? Then have an Apprentice Ambassador visit your class. Ask your teacher to help you contact the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences to set up an appointment. Our Apprentice Ambassadors will share with your their personal experiences, provide general information about the various professions and give you tips for your future applications.
