Machine Interlinking – Transporting Sharp, Oily Products

Problem definition
Two machines in a pipe machining process need to be interlinked. Trimmed pipe pieces need to be transported to the next machine where they can be stamped. The pipe pieces are oily and have sharp edges. The interlink system must open to allow vehicles and transport boxes to pass through.

KFS-P 2040.86 incline conveyor with hinged plate belt on a frame built from mk 2040 profiles and with a height difference of 2250 mm between the infeed and discharge ends. 1820 mm pass-through opening. Very small distance between side rail and transverse cleats so that products do not become stuck. Oil drip pan to catch dripping oil for safety and cleanliness.
