The Versamove pallet is constructed from a robust but lightweight aluminium support plate. This is equipped with PE wear strips, positioning sockets and integrated bumpers. The optimum thickness of the support plate depends on the pallet size, the load, the centre of gravity of the load and the workpiece fixture. We also offer specially adapted pallets as custom solutions.
The 2045 pallet (Versamove standard) is designed for a total load of 40 kg and is available in widths and lengths of 160 and 240 up to 640 mm. The 2010 pallet (Versamove plus) has a total load capacity of 100 kg and can be designed in widths and lengths of 180 and 260 up to 1000 mm.

Pallets for Versaflex
The P08 pallet (Versaflex P08) consists of a plastic pallet (polyoxymethylene POM) with centring bushes and countersunk screws for position detection. Locating holes can be made according to customer requirements. It is designed for a load of 10 kg and is available in widths of 150 mm and lengths of 150, 200 and 250 mm.
Pallets for SPU 2040
The pallet for the SPU accumulation conveyor consists of a support plate made of aluminium or Series 40 aluminium profiles. A lateral positioning slot and a positioning bush ensure very high positioning accuracy. The pallet is also equipped with wear strips (POM).
Depending on the requirements, the pallet is available in different versions. The standard width of the pallet is 160 mm for single line systems or 236 mm for dual line systems. In double line systems, the width varies according to the conveyor width. The standard length of a pallet is 160 mm. The maximum unladen weight allowed depends on the type of system and the height of the workpiece fixture.

The pallet for the TKU indexing chain conveyor is available in various versions, which can be selected depending on the application and workpiece requirements.
Prism pallets made of POM or brass are particularly suitable for round workpieces. The POM prism ensures gentle transport and is designed for workpieces weighing up to 6 kg. The brass version, on the other hand, offers higher strength and good heat resistance and is suitable for loads of up to 10 kg per workpiece.
There is also a profile pallet made from Series 40 profiles with 10 mm slots. Its width is variable within the system limits and it is designed for loads up to 20 kg. However, this pallet can only be used in a fixed width variant.
