The compact pallet circulation system
Versamove standard is the most compact of the three Versamove systems. It offers fully electric functional units and cost-effective curve modules. Due to the specially developed 45 mm aluminium profile that is used as the basis for the whole system, it is also compatible with other systems and pallets on the market.
Versamove standard transports pallets from 240 x 240 to 400 x 400 mm, with custom dimensions or dimensions in 80 mm intervals possible. The system can carry a total load of 40 kg per pallet. Its special features include the low-cost curve modules with flat top chain and the compact curve with round belt for tight spaces. In addition, all functional units are also available in fully electric versions. These versions do not require compressed air and enable quieter and lower-maintenance operation.
The focus industries of this system include the automotive industry, consumer goods industry, packaging industry, electrical engineering, logistics and material flows.

The functional units, HQZ lift-and-transfer conveyor, HDE lift-and-rotate unit, PE lift-and-locate unit and SU/SD stopper are also now available in fully electric variants. This completely eliminates the need for a compressed air supply. This version can be retrofitted into existing Versamove systems with ease. Depending on whether you already have pneumatic infrastructure, it may make more sense to replace the modules with electric ones gradually or in one go.
