Corner Blocks for Aesthetically Pleasing Structures

Corner blocks and truss blocks for improving the aesthetics of profile structures with seamless transitions at the joints and for reinforcing fames without mitre-cutting a connection profile.

Employing corner blocksin corner joints allows you to connect profiles on the front end with a seamless and aesthetically pleasing joint. The profile’s slots remain free and the corner joint exhibits seamless transitions even with edge and semicircular profiles. This type of connection is used for cabinets, furniture, protective grates and other applications. Open corner blocks are fastened using standard screws, while closed corner blocks are fastened with the included internal fastener.

Corner blocks and truss blocks for improving the aesthetics of profile structures with seamless transitions at the joints and for reinforcing fames without mitre-cutting a connection profile. If the right profiles are combined, the blocks can be used to span large distances or support heavy loads. They can be used to build linear axis gantries, as well as for exhibit construction, etc. When using truss blocks, you do not have to mitre-cut the connection profiles. A rectangular connection requires two 45° truss blocks or one 30° and one 60° truss block.

Features of Lattice Connections
