Reliably lift small parts and bulk goods to a height

Bucket lift, the vertical conveyor system for automated material supply: The system consists of a hopper for buffering, a feed conveyor, the vertical lift and a hopper device for discharging. The conveyed product can be filled into the specially designed hopper one box at a time. Plastic inserts for cushioning and a relief bridge ensure even weight distribution. The parts are transferred evenly from the hopper to a belt conveyor and transported to the lift. A sensor flap on the conveyor belt recognises the conveyed product and starts and stops the system as required. The lift is based on a ZRF P 2040 vertical toothed belt conveyor with screwed-on carrier buckets at 200 mm intervals. The buckets are individually manufactured using 3D printing and have a volume of approx. 1 litre. The conveyed product is transported to the target height, poured out after the deflection and discharged into a hopper via the back of the bucket in front of it. From there, the parts are conveyed via a swivelling chute for further processing. The mobile design on a base plate with feet enables flexible use in different production processes.

Realise passages and inclines with process reliability

Versaflex A08 clamp conveyor gently moves standing products upwards: This clamping conveyor solution is suitable for realising passages in conveyor lines for upright products. It is based on the Versaflex A08 chain conveyor system. In the horizontal infeed, side guides hold the products upright and position them for transfer to the clamp conveyor. This consists of two opposing conveyor tracks with flexible carriers that clamp the conveyed products at the sides. In this way, the products are conveyed quickly and gently along the defined route. One advantage of clamp conveying is that large inclines and therefore significant height differences can be realised over a short distance. To ensure a secure product grip, the distance between the two conveyor tracks can be adjusted to different product widths and diameters using an adjustment unit.

Workpiece carrier circulation with return on second level

Space-saving circulation system based on Versamove with lift units for two levels: The workpiece carrier circulation system with lift units is suitable for feeding and removing parts, for interlinking machines or as an assembly line. The workpiece carriers are transported from the upper to the lower level via a lift, returned to the starting position and conveyed back to the upper level with the second lift. On the way, they can be stopped, accumulated, separated or positioned - e.g. for automatic loading or unloading. The system is particularly useful when only limited installation space is available or workers need to access the workpiece carriers from both sides.
