Conveyor and packing table for bottles
Task
Bottles need to be discharged in a bottling line for consumer goods. They must be briefly buffered on the conveyor before they are manually processed. Work surfaces directly on the conveyor were required to allow workers to pack the bottles into boxes.

The solution features the Versaflex A08 conveyor chain with a width of 83 mm. A depositing table made from a VA sheet on which the bottles can be temporarily stored was assembled at the level of the conveyor. A wedge-shaped end stop ensures that the bottles are distributed across the table. The bottles are kept from falling by a boundary made of sheets. The packing table also features additional offset work surfaces at an ergonomic level. This allows the workers to easily pack the bottles.
