The KGF-P 2040 curved belt conveyor is a belt conveyor for transporting small and light parts around curves with an overall load of up to 30 kg. The goods to be transported can be conveyed 90° or 180° around the curve while maintaining their alignment. The system is based on Series 40 profiles and is compatible with all mk conveyor systems.

The curved belt is equipped with a ø 20 mm rolling knife edge that allows even small products to be smoothly transferred to the next system. Belt tensioning is handled by an automatic tensioning station, which is integrated in the tail, keeping the conveyor’s outer dimensions constant. For variants with a standard motor, the compact lower belt drive ensures that there are no obstructing edges. The ø 55 mm drive wheel on the lower belt drive ensures excellent transmission of the motor power.

The T-slots running along the outer radius (10 mm slot width) allow you to easily connect accessories such as additional side rails, sensors, and so on. Its profile-based design provides a torsion-resistant structure with good load-bearing properties.
