Belt Conveyor GUF-P 2041 for heavy loads
Problem definition
Heavy loads should be transported via a conveyor system. The transport system should have a transfer that is as free of gaps as possible. The transport mass can briefly weigh as much as a ton and the linear speed should be between 0.03 - 0.3 m/min (high-speed values and acceleration values are not required).

The basis is the Belt Conveyor GUF-P 2041 with divided belt (divided due to an unfavorable length/width ratio). The ø for the drive roll and the deflector have been adapted to ensure durability and power transmission. Rolls are installed in the belt body every 100 mm for support. The frame is from the 50 series and thus forms a solid substructure
